Technical Manager (No. of Vacancies -1)

 We're looking for Tech Leads/Manager who can provide leadership for a group of 6-12 software development engineers in an innovative, fast-paced environment. As a Tech Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. You will own and drive technical projects requiring cross-functional requirements gathering, technical feature definition and implementation.

This is not a pure management position; Tech Leads/Manager is expected to contribute technically to their project as well as motivate and energize the very best software engineers in the industry. Our interview process emphasizes technical skills and management/organizational skills equally.

Requirements:

  • BTech; graduate degree strongly preferred.

Software Engineer- Content Management System (No. of Vacancies -2)

We are building a progressive Web Content Management application with cutting edge technologies that include Java EE, PHP, Perl, AJAX, Adobe Flex & AIR, and object-relational databases. 

As a Software Developer in the Content Management team, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of our internal data production systems.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architecting, designing, building, and testing content management solutions for web publishing platforms
  • Provide technical direction at all stages of the content management lifecycle.
  • Evaluate solutions, recommend approaches, lead the design, and create solid technical executions for complex business systems.

SEO Analyst / Engineer (No. of Vacancies -1)

The SEO Engineer is responsible for continually improving the natural search ranking of the Richsoft network of sites for the major search engines. This includes responsibility for specifying and recommending site development strategies and changes, as well as directing our link building efforts. The SEO engineer is also responsible for designing metrics to evaluate the progress of our SEO efforts and making changes and adjustments to ensure continual progress.

Responsibilities

  • Continually audit and monitor website architecture to ensure the site is properly constructed to maximize search engine visibility.
  • Lead and manage all link building efforts for the companies’ network of sites.
  • Lead and manage all article syndication strategies and tactics, with an eye toward increasing the ranking of Richsoft network sites for key terms on the major engines.
  • SEO responsibilities for multiple clients
  • Stay constantly abreast of changes in the logic used by the major engines in SEO rankings, and specify timely changes and tactics to take advantage of the changes.
  • Strong technical aptitude with expertise in information/site architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge in Key Word Research, using Keyword Research Tools: SEO Toolkit, Webposition4, Web CEO, etc.
  • Programming experience - HTML, JavaScript and CSS
  • Strong understanding of Web tracking and Web analytics technology: Omniture, WebSideStory, Web Trends, Hitbox and/or Coremetrics.
  • Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel reporting skills
